Management Overview

Our Fully Managed Service is designed to allow users to get on and use their cPanel VPS without having to worry whether it's setup properly, when new updates come out, or what to do when problems occur. This service is customizable, in the fact we will work to suit you best; depending on your level of experience.

All customers of our Managed Services gain access to prompt, friendly and professional advice from techs who do this day in day out, with more than 3 years of real-world experience.

To make things slightly easier, we have seperated items into "Bundles". We will describe what is covered in more detail below:

Service Bundle

The "Service Bundle" is simply put, the basics of setting up your server, including backend service updates, which we do reguarly on a proactive basis.

Summary:

  • Installation and basic configuration of cPanel/WHM
  • Backend Service Updates
  • Apache Recompiles
  • Account Transfers from other cPanel Servers/Hosts
  • Troubleshooting of all issues on request*

* While we will troubleshoot all issues on request, this does not include resolving problems with 3rd party software which you installed. Should you wish for us to install 3rd party software, this will be on a best-effort basis only, and is not guaranteed.

Security Bundle

The "Security Bundle" is optional, although we strongly reccomend you take advantage of it. With the security bundle we use proven techniques, tweaks and applications in order to add additional layers of security to your system.
